LEE CARPENTER
After more than a decade as a Partner of the largest pro audio, video and lighting rep firm in the nation, Lee founded Luxsonix Group in 2025. His career began in the family business as a teenager, where he learned all aspects of touring, live production, and integration. With vast technical, design, engineering and programming experience, he is focused on providing an elevated experience for our brand partners and dealer base across the territory.​
ADAM BILSING
Adam Bilsing is Director of Operations at Luxsonix Group, where he leads internal systems, CRM strategy, and sales operations. With a background in AV retail, independent rep firms, and consulting for manufacturers, Adam brings a hands-on approach to streamlining workflows and aligning teams.

His experience across the sales chain—from integrators to enterprise vendors—gives him a clear view of operational challenges and how to solve them. At Luxsonix, he focuses on building scalable infrastructure that supports growth and clarity.
CHRIS CAMILLO
Chris is based in the Atlanta Metro area and has over 20 years of experience in Lighting Design and Programming on productions ranging from theatre, corporate events, music, film & television and everything in between. His design knowledge and technical acumen are an incredible resource for our Georgia based dealers.
